Cancellation Policy I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and i strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to respect both our time and that of other clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement Clients must provide a [24 HOURS ] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than [24 HOURS] notice will result in a [50%] charge of services booked, to accommodate for time and/or products pre-bought No Shows Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a [50%] charge of services booked Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty if done within the specified notice period. Repeated rescheduling may result in additional fees or prepayment for future bookings. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Genuine emergencies may be exempt from penalties at our discretion. Refund Policy Any prepaid amounts will be refunded or credited toward future services if cancellation occurs within the allowed notice period. Policy Agreement By booking with us, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
